How
does this program work?
When you
purchase or sell a home using myself as your Realtor in the transaction
you are entitled to cash back from the real estate transaction. You will receive a check in
the value equal to a percentage value of the property purchased or
sold. Checks will be mailed to the buyer or seller 10-14 days
after closing on the transaction. No cash back
incentives will be
applied to the real estate closing with this program! Cash back offer is not valid with any
other special or promotional offerings or incentives.
In order to qualify for
any cash back incentives, you must complete a Home
Search Profile if you are purchasing a home or a Comparative
Home Market Analysis Request if you are selling a home.
How
Much CASH Will I Get Back?
The
amount of CASH you will receive from using my service will vary with
the price of the property. For
cash back from the sale of a home, the amount will equal $4.00 for every
$1,000 of property value.
For cash back from the
purchase of a home, the amount will equal $2.50 for every
$1,000 of property value. Use the appropriate calculators to estimate
your cash back.
